Rangimarie Road Swanson

The project was a complete rebuild of our client’s home located in Swanson, Auckland.

We collaborated closely with our client as well as suppliers and third party contractors for a period of more than 18 months to entirely transform the interior and exterior.

The scope of work included bathrooms, kitchen, laundry and balustrades, as well as lighting, flooring, spatial layout, and soft furnishing.

This project demanded careful attention to detail in order to fulfill our client’s tangible as well as non-tangible living requirements. Their preference of using natural materials, the specific location of the home, as well as their cultural heritage and sense of aesthetic were all important factors within the design process.
